  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight had a balanced range of activities which allowed us both to develop different skills and interact with different representatives within the business. I appreciated being able to speak one-on-one to graduates.

    • The size of the group allows you to become familiar with all students on the placement. However, you do not build a particularly personal relationship with the team.

    • I gained a lot of financial knowledge on the functioning of a bank, as well as networking skills.

    • The Insight days sometimes lacked in balance in between presentations and case studies, but in general it was well structured.

    • The atmosphere was not particularly personal, and tended to be competitive as applicants were observed at all times.

    • The company put a lot of time and resources into our training and experience.

    • I gained a thorough understanding of the divisions within the firm and the lifestyle.
