About You
Flexibility to explore all the areas of the bank as well as the friendly atmosphere made it an enjoyable experience.
Because it was not a large group, and split between two different weeks, there was a lot of individual attention.
Sessions were well structured and guided and everyone was approachable for specific guidance or questions.
Analytical skills through case studies, and networking.

There were lots of case studies and skills sessions which provided opportunity for personal development.
The combination of presentations from different roles, work shadowing and networking opportunities provided a good idea of what to expect.
