About You
The whole spring week has been particularly enjoyable in the essence we were provided with current and relevant information, while getting involved with a variety of activities to give strong insight into banking but in a stimulating but interactive way.
There was on-going emphasis of our relevance and importance to the bank as a long term view which was particularly pleasing for feeling valued and wanted.
The guidance was excellent and clear cut. A clearly set out schedule from the beginning of the week but at the same time the support was always there if needed in terms of accessing greater information.
With task on the programme being focused upon what you would do in the banks different departments there was certainly excellent transferable skills gained for wider industry.
The Company
Very well structured in the sense there was a clear plan and a good rotation displaying many elements of the banks divisions.
The general atmosphere was a very positive and allowed to show skills while creating a fun environment also.
There was certainly a large investment into all candidates as we had large exposure and time with senior members of the banks who's time is obviously valuable. Away from that matter there was a direct investment in terms of the venues we were put up in, they were particularly impressive.
I think it gave a good insight as it allowed for job shadowing in the area of the bank and departments you found most interesting in terms of pursuance of a career path.
Very helpful there is strong emphasis on the culture and principles the bank has and exerts.
Very helpful as the information you acquired was specific to what you asked and the employees were very open and gave good examples.
Everything Else
Yes
Yes a specific networking event was out on and throughout the week.
Excellent this is where the exposure was to ask specific questions and gain contacts.
