Great Informative Week - Great Intro to the bank as a whole and not just IB/IBD
Great environment and attitude among the business representatives, they always welcome students to ask question
Detailed guidance on each case study, business rep willing to answer all questions
The week provided in depth knowledge into banking and the financial industry - a great add-on to my Economics background.
The Company
Very well structured - divided into divisions within Barclays
Enthusiasm from the students and openness from the reps. Of course the atmosphere depends on which group you're with
Great investment on Barclays side to do this programm
Definitely introduced me to new divisions that not many people are aware of
Interactions between reps and students give some understanding of the culture (open, flexible)
