    • I think Barclays did really good in investing in people. We received a lot of training and development.

    • By talking to representatives, I learned what it was like working in different divisions. The work shadowing is very useful.

    • Barclays gave us a session on their values, which enabled us to understand their values very well. The program helped a lot.

    • We were introduced different business areas and by understanding what they do, it helped me to decide where my interest is.

    • The travel expense to Barclays and back home will be reimbursed.

    • There were plenty of networking opportunities.

    • We were given a lot of chance to socialise and network with employees from the company.

    • Not very much.

    • Yes. It was really useful and if we did a good job, we can be fast-tracked to summer internship.
