About You
I enjoyed it very much.
I felt valued to the point that I could express myself and involve myself in all activities.
I received guidance and support where it was necessary to the right extent.
not very much. I study economics not finance. However, i would say it changed the course I will pursue net yea, (prompted me to do course switch)
The Company
It was well structured. I feel some days should have either had more question time or limit amount of questions asked so we could do the games.
It was very intense. Mainly as we were overtly assessed however I didn't mind this as it is essentially an assesment
People took time out of their day to talk to me. I appreciate this very much.
Not really. I feel that is essentially impossible to know what a role is like until you do it.
I already understand Barclay's culture due to the focus on values.
Very valuable.
Everything Else
I was paid.
YES
They were good, could have allowed more time for networking and provided a larger range of representatives. Not many from trading.
not really mentioned at all
yes
