Intern Review

There were some elements i found slightly repetitive but on the whole i found the experience insightful and enjoyable.

I felt as though the members of staff were keen to give me a good insight and even convinve me to come to work here. However on occassion it felt slightly like we were in the way mainly when the people we were shadowing were particularly busy.

I received a lot of suport from members of the company. I was given comtact details and the awas made to feel like my questions were welcomed and they were certainly well answered. We received some specific external training that was extremely valuable for me.

The training in particular was valuable industry knowledge that was new to me and confirmed my choice in the banking sector

Parts of the programme were very wel thought through and structured however my work shadow placement was in the same place 3 times despite me specifying all different areas of interest.

The atmosphere between staff and students was pleasant although some stuff were more approachable than others.

Hiring external training people was extremely appreciated.

We saw different roles but again mine was slightly repetitve and it was hard to see day to day activites as many people paused their jobs to give presentations.

More diversity would help to see different areas.
