  • I really enjoy the insight week .

  • I felt valued by RBS as I believe they invest a lot in human capital.

  • I received a lot of guidance by the person I was shadowing. They really spend time to explain their daily jobs to us.

  • I gained a better understanding on the services function, mainly technology which is something that I am interested about. Although I am not studying a tech degree, the experiences I gained are relevant.

  • The atmosphere is good. Everyone seemes to be well-prepared and sociable.
