About You
I enjoyed it a lot, especially as I learnt so much about the financial services industry and am now more informed on my career choice. The only thing I did not enjoy was the commute every morning and evening which was exhausting, but I can say I got the full experience.
I feel I was treated maturely throughout the week. It was good to be able to meet so many senior people too.
There was a lot. We could ask questions all the time which was really good, and there were activities that helped with presentation skills.
The information has helped to clarify not only what division of a bank I would want to work for, but also a few other things with university too; it has helped me focus on some subjects and also choose what options I would like to take next year.
The Company
It was very well structured; there was a lot of team work and that was fun. I also liked how the teams were mixed up since you got to meet lots of other people. There was also a lot of information prepared for us that was printed out in the booklet.
The general atmosphere was very friendly,
They gave us lots of opportunities to try new things, to ask questions, and most importantly devote the time to explain things.
It gave a lot of information so it definitely helped with general clarification, but it is hard to understand a full time role from only a week.
A lot, being in the bank for a week gives a good feel of the culture, and especially as they explained it to us.
It was very valuable, with a lot of information so I can judge for myself.
Everything Else
No, I live within London
Yes, there were lots of networking events and meeting people
They were good, it was very helpful to have them, and there was a broad range of people
In terms of charity and becoming involved in a social project, yes.
Of course!
