About You
The insight week was a very useful tool in helping to actually gain a proper view into how the functions operate and giving a general feel as to how the company works and how the values are instilled into day to day life.
There wasn't enough in terms of value added to the business.
Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and answered any questions I felt I had.
It gave me a good valuable knowledge base of how the bank actually functions.
The Company
Well regimented and structured layout of all the days we were present.
Very welcoming and immediately felt the valued by the whole business.
The firm seem very interested in nurturing talent that comes through.
It was useful in giving a good flavour to what life in the business would be like.
Very useful, even if the values were instilled a little too thoroughly.
Very useful in giving a career focus.
Everything Else
Very reasonable and all expenses are covered.
Networking was emphasised a lot and seemed to be very useful. Came away with a lot of e-mail addresses which will be useful.
Good networking event, and speed networking was very useful and meant you could not avoid these opportunities.
Yes, citizenship days seem to be well encouraged.
Most definitely.
