About You
Really well-organised and informative; I thoroughly enjoyed the programme.
The HR put every effort to create great events throughout the programme and I felt very valued.
A lot. The HR and the divisions' representatives were all extremely supportive to provide us with much information and insight as possible to make the most out of the week.
The Company
Extremely well-structured: it contained various workshops, networking opportunities, spotlight sessions, group projects, and three work shadowings.
I loved the culture of Barclays as a firm in general and the interns I worked with were all collaborative and friendly.
A lot, especially how much Barclays Values were integrated into the culture.
Everything Else
I was paid for my travel expenses, was provided accommodation, and was paid £250.
Several: there was one formal networking evening, but there were plenty of opportunities to meet other representatives from various divisions throughout the programme.
Opportunities to obtain qualifications, and various volunteering events.
Most definitely.
