About You
I enjoyed a lot the Programme due to all activities organized by Barclays in order to have a better insight of students about banking and the bank itself.
I really felt that I was valued during my time hear as everyone I was interacting seemed careful and was paying attention to my questions and needs.
Definitely there was a lot of guidance and support for me, but I didn't cover sometimes all areas I wanted to have a better insight.
To a large extent as many things I acquired in university enhanced during my programme. Also, I have learnt new ways of interacting with people and how to organize my time for assignments.
The Company
It was well structure, exception of a problem with a person not showing up. I was keen to know more about Big Data, but the person couldn't come due to professional issues. It would have been great if Barclays had prepared a backup solution from the beginning.
Very good, I was impressed by the lovely atmosphere in such a big and important company, regardless the importance and pressure of the work they were doing. It genuinely looked that everyone was enjoying what they were working on.
They invested all possible logistics and offered me great training in good conditions.
It was pretty helpful, maybe for a whole summer internship I might have an even better idea, but it was good.
I did understand from the beginning, but now I know them even better.
Sometimes helpful and it was quite a lot, sometimes not but they put an effort to show even though I wasn't attracted.
Everything Else
Yes, I was paid and reimbursed.
Yes, they were.
A bit too crowded and too clustered.
Not too much.
Definitely, I would recommended with best regards to it.
