About You
Undoubtedly the best use of any part of my Easter break. Informative, enjoyable and exciting.
From the way we were treated, taken care of, interacted with and mentored, I would say that I felt that they were very happy to have us on board.
There were plenty of people to talk to, and with the workshops to develop professional skills, they wanted everyone to succeed.
Teamwork and communication were key and those skills are easily applied anywhere. Group project management experience was also useful.
The Company
Very good schedule, well organised.
In tech, with a smaller cohort, we were able to bond with everyone more. We also had the chance to spend time with existing employees who were happy to have us here. Very fun, and not too formal.
Taught us about the expectations and how to achieve them, as well as how to be better career wise.
Focus on values, work attitudes and daily life through talks and work shadowing.
Extremely. Separate talk just to interact with employees to explain the role of the values.
Very. Showed all the different options and types of roles.
Everything Else
Stipend and expenses.
Yes.
Fun, a bit scary though.
Yes.
Wholly and without reservation.
