    • Pacing was good. Sufficiently busy but not overwhelming.

    • Employees and leaders are friendly and eager to answer questions. Lots of insights gained.

    • Good value for time. Skills learnt are not immediately applicable to school but good for future career.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Too well structured. Some flexibility will be appreciated in terms of the differing interests and abilities of students.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?

    • Luxurious accommodation (400 pounds/wk), 250 pound stipend for 5 days, general atmosphere doesn't matter. But if you really want to know, it is welcoming, warm, friendly and inclusive.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • No expense was spared. Breakfast tea and lunch are all provided. Social night too. Met every possible business leader and listened to every possible speaker. 250 pounds stipend for 5 days and luxurious 400 pound per week accommodation and transport covered

    • Very role specific. 4 work shadowing sessions. Enough coverage.

    • First day: 1 hour session on company values. Every day: leaders stress on values. Posters everywhere on values. Enough said.

    • Quite valuable, but not valuable enough because some things can be quite generic.
