    • it is a very good and valuable insight day packed with useful information and experiences

    • You feel very valued during your time there. Various senior managers take time out of their day to come and present information and skills centres designed to aid you in future applications

    • During the day there was always at least two employees there on hand to help you with any queries that you had

    • it is very well structured and you feel like none of the time during the day has been wasted - all of it is used to give you information and skills necessary for future applications

    • you are with a group of around 30 people all in your situation, and everyone on the programme is very approachable and easy to talk to

    • from a networking event to presentations by senior managers and partners, the days give you a great insight into the day to day tasks of working within the various job functions of the company

    • the day allows you to see the various job functions within the company, and helps you to choose which career path you would like to advance along

    • the reimbursement of expenses was quite quick and relatively easy to do

    • a networking event was hosted on the first evening giving you a chance to talk to current graduates who were working within the various job roles within the company
