About You
Lots of networking opportunities and chances to learn which were thoroughly enjoyable.
As a spring insight we didn't actually add any value to the firm but employees were happy to give up their time to talk to us and teach us more about the firm.
The programme was fully structured and there was always somebody on hand if we had any concerns.
Learnt lots more about the industry which will help in deciding on my career path.
The Company
Hardly a moment to spare!
Very friendly and always easy to ask questions of the business representatives.
Had presentation skills and creativity sessions on top of the insight into the different divisions of the bank.
There wasn't much opportunity to work shadow but speaking to employees gave you a good idea.
A good insight as we met lots of representatives from the business who were open about their experiences there.
Extremely useful especially getting to shadow two different divisions.
Everything Else
Lots!
There was a networking drinks on the first night and a dinner during the week as well as numerous others during the day.
We were given a talk on corporate social responsibility and a breakfast with the employee networks which gave an insight into things that employees can get involved in.
Definitely- it was a great learning experience.
