About You
It was a great experience. My buddy was proactive and got my very involved with any projects he was working on.
I was treated very well by my team and someone was always up for a coffee.
I was given an introduction to my division by the VP and help was always available when I was completing any tasks and got stuck.
I felt I gained a lot of team work skills but also significantly developed my knowledge base.
The Company
This was the weakest element of the programme. I felt it could have been slightly more structured.
Amazing. The interns were great and the employees friendly and always ready to have a conversation.
We had interview skills sessions, this was slightly lacking in terms of learning opportunities away from the desk.
It really helped, the culture and great people make it an institution worth working for.
It was really good and I loved the culture there,
It provided a really good insight into the division and helped me make my mind up.
Everything Else
Social events were put on so we could network with employees from different divisions.
Well organised and a lot of fun.
I was invited to after work drinks and I heard alot about what people do outside of work.
Definitely!
