    • I had a great time on the insight week, learning an extensive amount.

    • The current employees are always happy to help and answer any questions you have, They want you to do well and have time for your own personal development.

    • In terms of my degree not too much however in terms of a further career they developed massively.

    • This is dependent on the team you are in.

    • Very sociable and friendly atmosphere however this is subject to the team you are placed in. Luckily I had a very outgoing team which suited me.

    • They firm wants the best people and they invest in your development for this very reason.

    • It gave me a greater understanding of areas in the bank and what my skills are most suited too.

    • It helps to understand the culture significantly and it can be a direct comparison if you have fitted other firms especially it originated from a different country.

    • Highly valuable due to the amount of time you get to spend on a specific desk.

    • I was reimbursed expenses.

    • There is a flagship event on the Wednesday and I had the opportunity to go for lunch with fellow interns and drinks with my team.
