The Role
Only just started this particular placement but have enjoyed this more than any of the others I have been on so far.
As valued as you can feel being a student, but there are times when you are needed.
At all times so far.
None stop of this placement apart from lunch break.
Alway under supervision.
All skills and training given will be untilised once I qualify.
The Company
Atmosphere on general good but a little daunting due to the present job climate and uncertainty surrounding this.
The NHS 100% fund my training at present.
Above 25 days holiday
Not sure what the job situation will be by next September 2011 when I qualify, but not very good at the present moment in time.
