    • I got a real insight into the bank business and culture during this Spring Week and it helped me refine choices of career : I want to work for J.P. Morgan

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • We had a variety of events and sessions : speed networking session, introduction to industry teams/ product teams, group work, group presentation, quiz, etc. I never got bored.

    • Really sound, and no competition between the participants

    • We had a group work during the week and we had a mentor from J.P. Morgan who helped us with it.

    • I got a real insight into the bank business and culture as I talked to many people from J.P Morgan.

    • We had those opportunities every day of the Spring Week which is excellent

    • We met so many people : from seniors to analysts and from industry teams to product teams.

    • They go to ski together, play football, have drinks, etc
