  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed the Insight Week at BAML.

    • The Insight Week was very well organised and I met a lot of employees, who took time out of their day, to answer my questions.

    • The HR team did a great job of supporting the interns throughout the week, providing accommodation etc, and so I was able to learn a lot.

    • I learnt skills in giving a presentation, which developed my confidence, but mainly it was an insight into the industry.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The Insight week was incredibly well structured! It was full week with diverse activities.

    • The people were all lovely and I felt very welcomed.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • It was more an insight into the Industry than personal training, though we did have a presentation skills session which was hugely beneficial.

    • The insight gave a very detailed understanding to what a full time role with BAML would be like. I learnt a lot!

    • We had a Corporate Responsibility Presentations and Q+A, as well as an Employees Network Breakfast, which was useful in understanding the culture.

    • Very valuable! I now know which career path I want to pursue!
