The Role
Portrayed a warm and welcoming culture, that encourages you to develop your own skills. Professional and approachable employees, and well structured event. Repeatedly given opportunity to ask questions and interact. Appears to offer a well rounded career that involves a good social side and a lot of opportunities to progress within the company.
Everyone was keen to talk, hear about you and your background, and let others contribute equally.
Well structured event that was managed well, repeatedly encouraged to get involved.
Given a lunch break but by the nature of a single insight day there was a lot to take in.
The purpose of the day was to find out things from current employees, but were given responsibility during skills session exercises when working in groups.
Definitely encouraged me to apply, and opened my eyes up to what skills that they would require from an applicant, and generally what skills any employer want want.
The Company
Positive atmosphere, openness to questions, and explained things clearly.
No faults with the organisation except that the day ended with drinks to network but not a simple employee attended this part.
Encourages to take on and pays for you to undertake studies for new qualifications.
Appears relatively easy to move to a new area within the organisation, and everyone encourages other to do well.
The Culture
They socialised very frequently and some have now moved in together as a group.
London is obviously one of the most expensive areas to live in, which is one of the only downsides.
London offers everything imaginable an easy to travel on the tube to.
The organisation encourages everyone to get involved in pro bono schemes, and appears that many of the graduates get together for a drink every week.
