About You
I really enjoyed the Spring into Technology week as it provided a great insight into the working environment at JP Morgan.
I felt like I was valued highly by other employees due to the time and respect I was given.
I was provided with a lot of support when needed, such as the robocode challenge, my mentor was excellent.
I learned how to work better in a team and learns about lots of new technologies that I can use at university.
The Company
The event was very well organised by Laura and she coped well with last minute changes by always keeping us entertained.
There was a great enthusiasm displayed by everyone over the course of the week.
We were exposed to lots of cutting edge technologies which was excellent for my personal development.
The work shadowing event gave a fantastic insight into a typical day to day role of an employee.
We were able to identify the relaxed working atmosphere in the office through the work shadowing.
The content was very relevant and helpful.
Everything Else
I did not need any reimbursement.
Networking aspects to the week were excellent and I feel I have connected with a few of the employees.
Excellent we went bowling and did a work shadowing event. Both were excellent for networking.
Yes, there were group and societies available to do fun activities outside of work. Also there are a lot of charitable/volunteer events to get involved with inside work.
Yes I would definitely recommend everyone to do the Spring into Technology week if they have the chance.
