  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I really enjoyed the Spring into Technology week as it provided a great insight into the working environment at JP Morgan.

    • I felt like I was valued highly by other employees due to the time and respect I was given.

    • I was provided with a lot of support when needed, such as the robocode challenge, my mentor was excellent.

    • I learned how to work better in a team and learns about lots of new technologies that I can use at university.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The event was very well organised by Laura and she coped well with last minute changes by always keeping us entertained.

    • There was a great enthusiasm displayed by everyone over the course of the week.

    • We were exposed to lots of cutting edge technologies which was excellent for my personal development.

    • The work shadowing event gave a fantastic insight into a typical day to day role of an employee.

    • We were able to identify the relaxed working atmosphere in the office through the work shadowing.

    • I did not need any reimbursement.

    • Networking aspects to the week were excellent and I feel I have connected with a few of the employees.

    • Excellent we went bowling and did a work shadowing event. Both were excellent for networking.

  • 14. Did you find out about activities that employees can get involved in outside of work?

    • Yes, there were group and societies available to do fun activities outside of work. Also there are a lot of charitable/volunteer events to get involved with inside work.

    • Yes I would definitely recommend everyone to do the Spring into Technology week if they have the chance.
