About You
That was one of the best weeks in my life!
We all equally valued and everyone had a chance to ask any questions.
I received the incredible amount of new knowledge during this programme. I felt that I can ask any questions that I have about the bank and people from different sector and product teams could answer them.
I feel that my communicational skills developed a lot. Especially I kind of got the understanding of how people in the bank communicate with each other and I understood how it is to speak politely, friendly but at the same at the professional level. Taking into account the fact, that I study Accounting and Finance, this week was directly related to my degree. And I feel that had a chance to apply some of my knowledge from the finance module to the project that we had to do!
The Company
It was organised in a very professional way with a right balance between networking events and learning hours.
A very friendly, opened atmosphere in which I felt very comfortable.
There was an opportunity to ask any questions and I could talk face to face with different representatives of the firm.
I think that the atmosphere during the insight reflects the atmosphere of the whole bank. Having spent 5 days in this organisation, I definitely feel that I want to work there for a long time.
I feel that I have more understanding of what investment banking means and what skills it requires.
Everything Else
We had an opportunity to network with different people: from analysts to senior bankers.
We had a very interesting and enjoyable quiz and careers fair, and in these 2 events there was an opportunity to meet different people.
Yes, there is a fantastic gym in the building and people were talking about different trips that sometimes they organise.
Definitely!
