About You
It was really great. I have gathered all the information I was hoping to get before it had started. All of the employees involved in the project were helpful.
All of the employees I had a chance to talk with were really cooperative and answered every question concerning their work or the bank.
I could always ask HR employees for help or guidance if I needed it.
I haven't learnt that much, but now I know on which aspects and topics I should concentrate on my degree in order to work in a bank in future.
The Company
It was very well-structured and well-organised. Before it started we had had an agenda with all the presentations/workshops.
Everyone, both employees and other participants, were very friendly and keen to have a conversation
The workshops were a great experience. We were also work-shadowing with people from technology department.
It helped me to fully understand what it would be like to have a full time job in that bank.
All the informal talks we had gave me the feeling of a flat structure in a company, where it is easy to talk to managing directors and where all the employees are keen to help you or give an advice.
Work-shadowing helped me to reassure myself, that technology division in this bank is one of the best choices for my future carreer
Everything Else
Travel expenses were reimbursed
Yes, every day at least couple of hours.
It was good networking all week. Met a lot of new people, both employees and other students
Yes, I have asked a few employees what do they do in their spare time and how the bank helps them in ther activities outside of work. The bank is involved in charity projects, but when it comes to social meeting, they are mostly organised by employees themselves.
Absolutely
