About You
The insight week was extremely enjoyable. It was an amazing opportunity to learn about the investment banking industry and to meet interesting students from all over the Europe.
I got the feeling that every single employee wants to hear about my story and why I want to work in IB. They would voluntarily spend their precious time to meet us.
Everyone was eager to answer even the most obvious questions.
I certainly developed my presentation skills thanks to the workshop led by a stand-up comedian. There were also many presentations on investment banking.
The Company
Extremely well, no delays. Everything according to the schedule given on the first day.
The atmosphere was great, there was no competition between the students.
The bank certainly invests a lot in the spring programme. So many managing directors would contribute their time to meet with us.
Having a chat with current analyst is the best way to find out how a full-time role looks like. They were plenty of opportunities to do that. Some students also had work-shadowing sessions.
Meeting extremely nice people on every corner
Everything Else
Hotel was provided and travel expenses were reimbursed.
Plenty, employees would come for every single meal. There was also a networking dinner on Wednesday and drinks on Monday.
Sure, great opportunity to get to know the bank from the inside.
