About You
I really enjoyed the Spring Insight Week. It was a unique opportunity to learn more about the different businesses and the culture of Bank Of America Merrill Lynch.
Each bank's representatives I met, value you as a potential intern and do his or her best to advise you as regards your future career.
The Human Resources did their best to give you a clear summary of the insight and help you at any time.
I was very useful: it helped me to decide my future career's choice. The skills I have developed are complementary with my studies in finance.
The Company
The Insight was perfectly structured with a good balance between networking events, presentations, group exercises and assessments.
The atmosphere was very friendly between the Spring Interns. Bank's representatives were also very helpful and kind.
The firm invest a lot with group exercises, presentations and networking events
It was very useful since it helps me to understand the differences between several positions (e.g. Sales, Sales-Traders, Traders...).
Thanks to the Spring Insight Week, I have a good knowledge of the company culture with focus on expertise, diversity and commitment. I have understood that Bank Of America Merrill Lynch is not only a place to get a job but to have a career.
Thanks to the different Business Sessions and Networking events, I have now a much clearer idea of my future career path.

Definitely! We had many opportunities for networking and to talk freely with different employees.
The social event were great and perfectly organized. We had for instance Welcome Drinks and a Networking dinner.
Yes, I discovered that employees do a lot of volunteering. There are also sports facilities.
Definitely! It's a unique and very useful insight! It reinforced my motivation to do a career in Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
