About You
The week provided an invaluable insight to the work done and culture of UBS. I made some really good contacts from both within the company and other interns.
The company appreciated and congratulated the hard work it took to reach the Spring Insight Week.
There were many opportunities for contact with industry professionals, who provided much guidance and advice.
They will help me in future job applications and interviews in the related industry.
The Company
There were many different activities across all divisions, providing enjoyment all week long.
The insight week was the perfect mixture of professionalism and enjoyment.
There were plenty of personal development activities throughout the week.
The week gave a good overview of the roles and day-to-day activity of many different divisions across the bank.
There was much focus on the company's culture and values.
The week inspired me to pursue a career in the industry.
Everything Else
Travel expenses were covered but there is no pay or cover for food costs.
There were regular networking sessions.
The social event provided a good opportunity to network with other interns, whilst networking dinners provided opportunity to meet industry professionals.
Many employees talked about roles they were involved in outside of work.
I thoroughly enjoyed this invaluable insight and would recommend it to anyone looking to pursue a career in related industry.
