About You
Great experience, learnt loads about the different roles, and company culture.
Definitely, all the people we spoke to had time for us and wanted us to learn.
Everything detailed in the booklet and reiterated by HR.
No too much with degree studies but certainly gained valuable information looking forward to a career in the industry. Learnt more technical information on job shadowing.
The Company
Everything time tabled clearly. Busy but not too intense.
Great, really friendly, and no pressure.
Definitely, had an interactive exercise with Fitch Learning - financial services training company. Learnt lots during work shadowing.
2 full days of work shadowing allowed for a proper insight. 4 rotations each time meant we met loads of people, each providing their view of the firm and what their role/experience is so was able to gain a great understanding of working life.
Absolutely. Experiencing it first hand in job shadowing is the only way and this spring week offers the most (2 full days).
Very valuable. Opportunity to rotate on lots of desks, and speak to lots of graduates from different divisions.
Everything Else
Accommodation and meal allowance provided for those living outside of london.
Loads. Every day.
Fun quiz on the first day, graduate networking rotations on the last day. Plenty more opportunity during 2 days in the office.
A bit - networking session over lunch with employee - led networks e.g. women's network
100%. Learnt so much and 2 days full work shadowing.
