About You
It was a great experience, with a week of job shadowing and training sessions. The networking sessions were greatly structured and I got to know quite a number of employees at RBS.
We were provided with a really decent accommodation and food subsidies. RBS also invited an external training party to organise a banking simulation activity for us, which was great fun and insightful. I felt greatly treasured
We were provided with quite a number of opportunities to talk to graduates and managers at RBS and they provided me with realistic and great advice on the application process and details of the industry.
I learnt much more about the commercial and private banking industry in general and better knew my own career path. I was also much familiarised with the atmosphere at RBS.
The Company
It was well structured that there was no overruns and administrative flaws. It was a great mix of real kob experience and training.
People at RBS were really friendly and supportive. They were patient with our questions and answered them in detail. I felt greatly welcomed.
They invested quite a lot and even invited external parties to train us through the simulation games.
It gave me an insight on the atmosphere and culture of the firm, which further persuaded me towards a full time role at the firm and the industry,
The job shadowing at RBS offices and the communication with the staff made me much familiarised with the company culture: Being supportive and friendly, yet focusing on customer services.
They gave me great details on the industry and the direction of RBS. They were indeed very useful in deciding my future career path.

They were indeed held in relaxing environments, which were comfortable for us.
