About You
It was a very informative week that also allowed you to experience the job you were applying for. It was very well organised with a large variety of events and activities put on for us.
Everyone, from the Campus Team to senior business people, was extremely friendly and helpful.
There was a lot of guidance and support. The only area where this fell slightly short was in the assessment where everything was left as quite a mystery until the very end.
It certainly helped my analytical side, as well as helping me to combine my existing creative strengths with it.
The Company
Very well structured and organised.
There was an element of competition, as you would expect, but overall it was very friendly, and people genuinely wanted to help each other out throughout the week.
They put on a number of events that helped train areas such as presentation skills that will be extremely useful in the future.
It gave a very good insight through the case study exercise early in the week, and the assessment case study at the end. You got a feeling for the intensity and excitement of the job
I left feeling like I could go and tell anyone what the company stood for as if I had been there for months
Very useful in giving explanatory overviews.
Everything Else
Our expenses were covered for both travel and accommodation.
Yes endless opportunities to meet a whole range of people from across the divisions and seniority levels.
Very relaxed and informative. Employees were also very helpful in offering further advice and guidance
Yes, we found out about sports clubs and the various support networks at the bank
Yes I would definitely.
