About You
The Company
Even though it was only a week long, we had the opportunity to attend presentation skills workshop and a bank simulation training which was certainly enriching.
We were able to job shadow and network with current employees of the bank, allowing us to better understand what working for RBS is like.
I was able to learn more about the culture through the conversations I had with the employees as well as the general feel of the company and how it is run.
I feel like I'm able to make a more informed decision regarding my career options.
Everything Else
Transport and accommodation was paid for and we were given daily meal allowances.
Yes there were 2 days of job-shadowing and networking drinks.
They were short but albeit good
Yes, during the job-shadowing days, we were able to have informal chats with employees on activities outside of work i.e. CSR, gym and so on
Yes definitely, it was a really good experience for me.
