  • Even though it was only a week long, we had the opportunity to attend presentation skills workshop and a bank simulation training which was certainly enriching.

  • We were able to job shadow and network with current employees of the bank, allowing us to better understand what working for RBS is like.

  • I was able to learn more about the culture through the conversations I had with the employees as well as the general feel of the company and how it is run.

  • Transport and accommodation was paid for and we were given daily meal allowances.

  • Yes there were 2 days of job-shadowing and networking drinks.

  • They were short but albeit good

  • Yes, during the job-shadowing days, we were able to have informal chats with employees on activities outside of work i.e. CSR, gym and so on

  • Yes definitely, it was a really good experience for me.
