The Role
You make your internship what you want, you can go as far as you want.

Not enough guidance from managers on what they wanted, other than that supportive co workers.
Varies, at quarter ends 70hrs+, other times struggle to fill the time with tasks, but encourage to simplify processes.
Took graduates roles when they were out.
Great training and development from the start.

OK, people who were not GE bread were treated differently.
More networking opportunities would have been good.

The Culture
As interns are of wide variety of ages social events were lack lustre.
Not quite london prices, so plenty of time for drinks with other colleagues.
Immediate area non existent, london and reading within 30 minutes.
There were various charity events, social clubs for skiing etc.
