About You
I simply loved it, in particular the lunch/breakfast networking event which have been essential to have closer relationship with company's employees who have given a deep and personal opinion on the firm's environment and functioning.
Taking in consideration all the work that the analysts and the other people have to do every day they managed to find the time to be incredibly useful and supportive.
The training lasted only one day but it covered a lot of topics enabling everybody to understand and participate to the case studies and to the other events.
The Company
I think it was pretty well structured even though the schedule was very intense and there wasn't much time to make questions to the speakers during the presentations.
The atmosphere was really friendly and welcoming during the networking events and it was really professional during presentations and training.
It invested a lot considering the duration of the program (almost two weeks) and the training it gave us
For legal and practical reasons it has been impossible to have access to some areas in the building and see people at work, but anyway the close relationship with the employees gave us a good understanding of how the firm works and of how their employees live their lifes.
All the program was focused on the firm's culture
I think it has been really useful as we did a bit of everything and we talked with people from each team who explained us in a very detailed way how do they work and what they do in the firm.
Everything Else
They paid us and reimbursed all the travel expenses and the accomodation (in a beautiful hotel)
There were almost daily networking event with employees in different teams and positions.
