About You
I extremely enjoyed my one week placement at Savills, such an awesome experience couldn't have wished to be anywhere else.
To a very large extent I felt valued given the fact that I was introduced to all the departmental employees on my first day, invited to attend departmental meetings, lunch time lectures, and also had the pleasure of enjoying drinks after work with all the employees.
I received as much guidance and support that I needed, everyone was willing to help .
The skills that I gained at Savills will be instrumental in developing a career in urban design.
The Company
The insight programme was well structured because we were given a weekly schedule and knew exactly what we had to do each day of the week.
Wow, I was blown away by the kindness of every single individual in the office, everyone reached out for each other even in the slightest of things like offering cups of tea, coffee which I think contributes to a good start of the day.
The company invested a lot in me in the one week stay.
Having a full time role calls for commitment, passion, determination the insight programme helped me understand all these core values.
The company's culture is all about respecting everyone and treating each other as one would like to be treated.
The content of each day was a realisation of how much determination and excellency I need to develop in order to deliver to the company's expectations .
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses.
They were great as we got invited out for social drinks which was an opportunity for knowing each other.
They get out for more drinks and picnics.
Definitely I would recommend friends.
