The Role
I really enjoyed my internship, it provided a great insight into what the job is like and was an invaluable experience.
Everybody was extremely welcoming and always felt valued.
I had no direct experience in my role and there was a lot to learn but I was given all the training I needed and was encouraged to ask my peers and my line manager if I ever had any questions or help to do anything.
I was very busy and never did I find myself with nothing to do, but the workload was certainly manageable.
I was given quite a lot of responsibility from the beginning and this only stretched further as my time with the company went on
It really has provided me with an invaluable experience and helped me decide that this is the career that I want to pursue. It also allowed me to put the things that I learnt whilst studying into practice and I believe some of the skills I learnt and developed will be extremely valuable with my degree.
The Company
Very friendly and welcoming.
It was very organised and everything was set up and ready to go when I started.
I was continuously encouraged to enrol on training and development programmes.
