The Role
it was really good and informative, didn't spend that much time interacting with employess on the insight day though.
Again I didn't really interact with colleagues for that long except the Human Resource department of the FSA.
HR was on point to answer any questions when asked and was really helpful
we was not busy in terms of doing work but we had plenty of activities and exercises to get on with and networking part and question and answer panel on hand to answer any concerns we had.
not that much I am afraid.
It will help me understand a bigger picture of the markets and the type of work the FSA do right now, and the type of work they will be doing in the future.
