    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

  • 4/5

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • Week was structured on the surface but when it came to a few a job shadowing parts the workers didn't seem prepared or as if they were expecting us

    3/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Great, the graduates were down to earth and the other interns were like minded to myself and everyone got a long really well

    5/5

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • 4/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • It gave us a excellent insight into the everyday life. This was down through the job shadowing and was more to do with me asking the right and relevant questions rather than them telling us about their day to day life.

    5/5

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?
  • During the whole week, they really hammered home how they want to be the number one bank for customer satisfaction and advocacy by 2020 so it really got engrained into us how rbs are focused on the customer and their graduates need to have a similar mindset

    4/5
