About You
It was a very good experience.
Extremely, senior directors were willing to devote time to you. Mentor was always looking for things for me to do and taking care of me.
There was guidance, but I thought that if there was a suggestion, it would be to attach the candidate to the associate even more. For example: If the associate was doing something important, he/she could call over the candidate to explain why he/she was doing it and teach him about the topic. There could have been room for guidance, having said that, my mentor marked my work and gave me feedback on numerous occasions which was great.
Greatly, directly transferable which is helpful.
The Company
There was some organised events, but apart from that, it was all improvisation. But for me, this didn't matter because all the associates would be aware of the candidates in the office so there would always be opportunities to learn and go to site visits etc.
An very hard working office to say the least, but it was always positive. In terms of the collaboration between the other candidates on the insight programme, there was little (i assume because in the southampton office we all applied for different jobs). But perhaps, group working with the other candidates might be a good idea?
A de-brief with Stephanie was a good example of that, also, associates always wanted to teach you things which was good!
A week is a short amount of time, but I would say i have a better idea of Savills and it's business model.
Again, I was there for a week, but I do have a better idea.
Everything Else
I believe that I will get part of my expenses paid - up to £100.00
This was excellent, always trying to engage you with other employees.
Very good.
No, not many. Apart from the rugby.
Yes, to anyone who wants to find out about Savills and the property industry.
