About You
The program is very organised, and one could learn very quickly from the two-day job shadowing at RBS Corporate and Institutional Banking division.
RBS provided great networking opportunities, great accommodation and refreshments during the event. The graduates that interacted with us are highly responsible and frank.
Both the program and the graduate analysts at RBS CIB were extremely helpful in providing us with useful tips and also technical information.
Very much so. Especially the presentational skills and teamwork skills are highly transferable to my studies at university.
The Company
well-structured with two days of job-shadowing, some assessments, lots of networking opportunities and a final day at a CSR event!
The atmosphere is quite competitive.
very much so, they are willing to sponsor CFA and other qualification tests.
To such a great extent! Being able to witness the day-to-day work at RBS trading floor is very helpful in preparing me for a future job in this industry.
They have scheduled a talk specifically on RBS's values
still in the process of exploring more career options
