The Role
Excellent i was made to feel one of the team.
I was werlcomed and treated like a full employee missing some minor details like security.
My supervisor and line manager were always there if i needed any kind of assistance.
I never ran out of work to do.
I could help with the design of these drugs and was given tasks that anyone else would recieve.
Necessary skills both for my degree and future work.
The Company
Fun took place but if work was needed to be done it was done.
Very well set up for a smooth transition from not knowing much to being able to be left alone.
i was given sufficient training and a couple of extra courses which i took part in.
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Excellent.
The Culture
There were weekly parties although stevenage is a bit of a rough area.
I lived in cambridge so it was very expensive however stevenage isn't too badly priced.
Moderate only a couple of clubs which weren't that great.
Gym on site meant you could do many different sport activities.
