About You
I really enjoyed the Spring Insight Programme, because it really helped me to develop both my soft skills and my knowledge about the industry.
I felt highly valued. Also the senior employees treated everyone with respect.
They gave us a small handbook which provided us with every information we needed.
Being a participant of the Spring Insight Programme will really help you to experience if banking is for you.
The Company
The Campus Recruitment Team did a really good job.
Overall, it was a pleasant atmosphere.
They invited a lot of senior employees to talk with the participants about their jobs and also to support us during our group exercises. Furthermore, all expenses were paid.
Especially the networking events will help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Everyone I talked to was really honest.
I talked to a lot of employees about what really separates Bank of America Merrill Lynch from other banks and they all mentoined the unique company culture. They gave me a lot of examples to make it easier for me to really understand the culture.
Being able to talk to employees from mostly every division is a great opportunity to learn more about their work and if this might be something for you.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed expenses.
There were a lot of opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
There were a lot of networking events. We even had the pleasure to enjoy a networking dinner.
Yes. A lot of them are involved in voluntary work.
