    • I really enjoyed the Spring Insight Programme, because it really helped me to develop both my soft skills and my knowledge about the industry.

    • I felt highly valued. Also the senior employees treated everyone with respect.

    • The Campus Recruitment Team did a really good job.

    • Overall, it was a pleasant atmosphere.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • They invited a lot of senior employees to talk with the participants about their jobs and also to support us during our group exercises. Furthermore, all expenses were paid.

    • Especially the networking events will help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Everyone I talked to was really honest.

    • I talked to a lot of employees about what really separates Bank of America Merrill Lynch from other banks and they all mentoined the unique company culture. They gave me a lot of examples to make it easier for me to really understand the culture.

    • Being able to talk to employees from mostly every division is a great opportunity to learn more about their work and if this might be something for you.

    • There were a lot of networking events. We even had the pleasure to enjoy a networking dinner.
