About You
I really enjoyed it, HR was nice and helpful. I learned a lot.
I did very much. HR was attentive and did not show any inclination to anyone in particular, unlike other experiences i had in other banks. We were all assessed equally by business representatives at the end of the week, so everyone took time to get to know us well
Many of things we had to do required some knowledge. HR provided us with someone from the business to guide us throughout the processes so we always had somebody to answer our questions
Nothing at all since I study something completely unrelated. However, the hard work and challenging environment of the bank has made me learn much more about transferable skills.
The Company
very well organised! most things were kept 'secret' through the week but were really good surprises!
everyone was awesome.
i think as much as it was possible given it was one week
i think having access to senior people in the bank gave me the opportunity to ask and learn more about this.
hugely helpful. the 'one team' slogan is true.
i went there with an idea of my skills and what i wanted to do, and came out convinced that i had made the right choice. the insight helped me learn more about the bank and myself.
Everything Else
we were reimbursed for expenses such as trains and flights if needed
Superb. We had a networking dinner the highlight of my week!
had many
yes lots of different initiatives.
Yes!
