    • We got a brilliant presentation skills session, presented few times ourselves, had several case studies and a trading game. Division specific sessions were very informative and definitely helped to get more understanding of various service lines of BAML.

    • We got amazing training sessions and a lot of support from the business representatives. Not a single question went unanswered.

    • Work shadowing was definitely one of the highlights of the week. Moreover, detailed division-specific presentations, Q&A sessions and networking opportunities definitely provided an insight into what it is like to work in BAML.

    • This Spring Insight provided an opportunity to focus on two divisions of our choice, and we also got some exposure to various divisions across BAML via networking and Q&A panels. Personally, I found this week enormously helpful.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • Every single day had a networking component in it. During the week I met business representatives of all levels from various of the divisions, and I had always an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about their personal experience as well as the job they do.

    • Social events were amazing! The atmosphere was always welcoming, and the environment - enjoyable.

    • We got a special presentation and a Q&A session organised for us to learn more about volunteering opportunities and various networks.
