About You
I really enjoyed the spring insight, especially the work shadowing and the networking events.
I was really valued during the time at the firm because we had to choose two divisions and the work shadows was really specific to the divisions we chose.
We got a lot of support and guidance during the insight because we took very good care of us during the week and we enjoyed talking to people from all the divisions especially during the networking diner and the career fair.
We developed leadership skills due to the high number of networking events. We also developed technical skills due to the case studies that we had to do.
The Company
It was quiet well structured because the time was respected and the sessions werent too long.
