    About You

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Immensely. The only issue was exhaustion because we were so heavily involved and there was so much to do. But it was healthy exhaustion.

    • I felt really valued. BAML seem to really place a high value on the Insight Week participants.

    • HR were always on hand to help us out. Employees were really helpful as well.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • Not sure about this one. The skills were really useful for working at BAML, and finance in general. But they were not much help for my Russian and Portuguese BA.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • It was really well structured. I think there was just a little too much going on, however. And one day's break before the Assessment Centre would have been amazing.

    • The atmosphere was surprisingly chilled, both employees and Insight Week participants.

    • I feel BAML invested heavily in training and development. 10/10.

    • Again, to a great extent.

    • The company culture came across pretty strongly.

    • I have not been reimbursed expenses, but I hope to be reimbursed in the next few weeks.

    • Lots of networking opportunities.

    • Some were relaxed, some were more rushed, but they were all useful. Taking people's cards is now second nature!
