About You
Very enjoyable, good mix of students and everyone was extremely friendly.
Every member of staff was very open to conversation and Naoto to give email addresses for further questions
Two days to shadow members of staff in two departments and a large number of networking opportunities
Helped me gain insight into investment banking but not so much information about my studies (I study physics)
The Company
Very clear information, received a very clear timetable on the first day
Relaxed and friendly, not competitive or overly helpful
Quite a bit, there was a training or group exercise every day as well as the assessment day was very professional and insightful
Not the insight week as such but speaking to other business associates and hearing about their experiences was insightful
Again speaking to members of staff who had worked there and hearing from a junior and senior business panel was very helpful
Extremely, it was a huge deciding factor in confirming my decision to go into the banking sector
