The Role
I enjoyed my placement year thoroughly.
As the role was previously a job and had become an intern role I felt that I was valued.
I felt supported when I requested support for any work I was doing.
I was very busy on a daily basis.
Responsibility was limited.
Really great experience, especially as one of my modules was based on my year on placement.
The Company
Everyone was friendly and up for a laugh.
Limited organisation needed of the role, so this was limited itself.
Initial training for the role, and then had the opportunities to go to lunch and learn sessions and I was also sent on a Microsoft course and a presentation course.

The Culture
Very limited due to the location of the office.
Market Drayton would be cheap but limited socially, a place like Shrewsbury is better.
None in Market Drayton.
