About You
It was extremely insightful and a lot of fun. There were a lot of interactive sessions so we weren't being talked at all the time and so the whole week was enjoyable.
I felt very valued, especially because we were able to work-shadow workers in our desired divisions for the whole afternoon. Every person I came across was more than willing to help and talk and answers every question that I had.
There was support from all workers we came across. Every guest speaker gave us contact details so that we could contact them had we any questions at a later point.
We had a presentation activity, interview skills workshop, several group activities and a workshop about assessment centres. This was so useful as we all know exactly what to expect in the assessment centre and also the chance to practice.
The Company
Everything ran smoothly and made sense. There was never a point that I felt as if it was a bit confusing.
Very fun and exciting.
