About You
Extremely insightful and learnt a lot about the chosen line of business, culture of firm and industry as a whole.
Valued. The firm has spent a lot of time planning sessions carefully to fulfil our preferences and make the most of our time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch,
People were extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions and queries.
Enhanced many transferable skills through case studies, networking and information sessions. Introduction to some technical knowledge such as valuations will be useful
The Company
Everyday was well structured with lots of sessions prepared.
Fun and comfortable although there were lots to take in. Good environment to learn
Although I didn't get an exposure to all the different divisions, but being able to speak to current staff at networking sessions and dinner was an extremely useful to understand the different roles and responsibility required.
Being able to speak to current workers was useful
One-week was probably only enough to give a brief idea of what the different roles in different divisions involved. But it also confused me since we learnt more about the different options available to us.
Everything Else
plenty
